How many different robot models do we offer?

Are there other areas besides restaurants where robots can be used?

Yes. Our robots can also support schools, logistics areas, hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, airports, waiting rooms, subway stations, and much more.

Can the robots use elevators?

Yes, some of our robots can navigate elevators with ease. For more details, please refer to the specific product description of each robot. You can find more information under “Our Robots.”

Do the robots have Bluetooth?

It depends on the model. Some of our robots support Bluetooth. To check if your desired robot has Bluetooth, please refer to the specific page of the robot. You can see our robots here.

 How do I store a robot that won’t be used for an indefinite period?

If a robot is not being used for an extended period, it should be stored in a way that protects it from sunlight and moisture.

Additionally, the robot’s “kill switch” must be turned off to ensure no power is flowing.

If the robot will be unused for more than 6 months, it is recommended to fully discharge it within this period to preserve the battery.

Are the robots safe?

Yes. Every type of obstacle is detected by intelligent obstacle recognition. This can include a person of any size or just a foot. Other objects, such as a ball, are also immediately recognized and avoided.

For any questions, we are happy to assist you by phone. With our Premium Service Package, we also take full responsibility for maintaining your robot and offer an annual in-person appointment for updates and maintenance, as well as a 24/7 accessible phone service. FAQ Robot Features

How much can the robot carry?

The carrying capacity varies from robot to robot. Our strongest robot (JUNO MAX) can transport up to 600kg. Other robots have a carrying capacity of approximately 40 – 200kg.

Can the robots handle wobbly glasses or objects?

Yes. For less stable items or glasses with a high center of gravity, there is a smoother ride mode. This mode provides a gentler braking distance and slower driving speed. Additionally, there are accessories like drink holders.

Can the shelves be removed?

Yes. There is the option to customize the shelves.

Does the robot need a specific type of floor to operate optimally?

No. The robots are designed for most hard floors and low-pile carpets. In some cases, the robot can be adjusted for the specific surface it will be operating on.

What is the maximum ceiling height for installations with markers?

Our robots have no maximum ceiling height. They can even operate outdoors.

Can the robot be called remotely?

Yes. Our robots can be controlled via an app

FAQ Cleaning Robots

What are cleaning robots?

Cleaning robots are autonomous robots designed to relieve company staff from various cleaning and disinfection tasks.

What are the benefits of cleaning robots?

Increased efficiency. Reduced need for manual labor. Improved hygiene and cleanliness. Relief for staff.

Can cleaning robots clean different surfaces?

Yes. Our cleaning robots can handle most common flooring types. They can clean surfaces such as natural stone, terrazzo, marble, floor tiles, sandstone, short-pile carpets, and more.

FAQ Maintenance

Who is responsible for the technical maintenance of the robots? 

As part of our premium service package, we take care of all the technical maintenance of the robots.

This includes:

1) A 20-40 hour replacement service if we are unable to solve your problem immediately.

2) A personal contact available 24/7.

3) An annual appointment for the update and maintenance of your product.

If you choose not to opt for our premium service package, the buyer is responsible for the maintenance.

Who is responsible for the care of the robots?

The buyer is responsible for the maintenance of the robots.

Are the robots waterproof?

In general, there is splash protection. However, contact with water should still be avoided.

How do I clean my robot?

The cleaning of the robots is the responsibility of the owners. The robot should be cleaned once a week.

The robots can be wiped down with a clean, damp cloth. Additionally, all sensors and cameras should be cleared of any smudges or similar obstructions.

The wheels and storage surfaces should also be cleaned regularly to avoid technical issues, as hair or dust can accumulate in the wheels.

FAQ Purchase & Warranty

Is there an option for leasing?

Yes! In addition to purchase and rental options, we offer leasing contracts with various terms. Specific details about our leasing conditions can be found on each robot’s page. Here you can see our robots.

Do the robots come with a warranty?

Yes. Our robots come with a 2-year warranty. Additionally, we trust our products so much that an additional 3-year manufacturer’s warranty can be purchased.

Can I test the robot before buying it?

Yes. We understand that such an investment is not made lightly. Therefore, we offer our customers a two-week trial period. For €970 net, you will receive delivery, installation, and a demonstration of the device within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The trial period is set for two weeks but can be extended flexibly to suit your needs. If you decide to purchase a robot during the trial period, you will only pay the purchase price. If you decide not to keep the device, we will only charge you the rental fee.

What happens if I encounter a problem with the robot?

If we cannot resolve your problem remotely, we offer an optional replacement service. This service is part of our Premium Service Package and can be booked separately. Depending on the distance, this means we will replace your robot within 20 to 40 hours so that your new “employee” can continue where the old one left off.

Do I need anything for the installation?

Generally, you don’t need anything for the installation. A WiFi connection is recommended.

What happens if a problem occurs after the warranty has expired?

Even after the warranty has expired, you can contact us by phone, and we will help you as best we can. If services are needed, it may incur costs.
